This Privacy Policy explains how AVORIX(“AVORIX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or engage our software and AI engineering services.
For the purposes of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, AVORIX acts as the data controller in respect of the personal data described below.

02Personal data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and operate our business:
- Identification & contact data: name, company, email address, phone number, and address.
- Engagement data: project requirements, correspondence, contracts, and supporting documents you share with us.
- Billing & transaction data: billing name and address, invoice records, and the amount, currency, date, and status of payments.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not store full payment card numbers.Card payments are processed directly by our acquiring bank and authorised payment service providers over secure, PCI DSS-compliant channels. AVORIX only receives a confirmation of the transaction result.
03Purposes and legal grounds for processing
We process personal data on the legal grounds permitted by Georgian law, including:
- Performance of a contract — to deliver the services you have engaged us for and to manage our relationship with you.
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, and other statutory requirements of Georgia.
- Consent — for optional communications and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to secure our website, prevent fraud, and improve our services, balanced against your rights.
04Payments and currency
Payments for our services are processed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and, where agreed, in other currencies. Card transactions are accepted via Visa and Mastercard through our acquiring bank in Georgia, using 3-D Secure authentication.
When you make a card payment, the data required to complete the transaction is transmitted in encrypted form directly to the bank's payment gateway. AVORIX does not have access to your full card details.
06International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside Georgia (for example, to cloud infrastructure providers), we ensure the transfer takes place only to countries providing adequate protection, or under appropriate safeguards, in line with the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
07Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy accounting, tax, and other legal obligations under Georgian law. Financial and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable legislation. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
08Data security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. Payment-related operations rely on PCI DSS-compliant providers and 3-D Secure authentication.
09Your rights as a data subject
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
- Obtain confirmation of whether we process your data, and request access to it;
- Request correction, updating, or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request blocking, deletion, or destruction of your data;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
